Hawaii Warriors Football Network program (HWFN) was founded in 2024. Through HWFN we are committed to fostering the next generation of leaders, athletes, and community champions. HWFN program provides college student-athletes with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive both on and off the field. Through sustainable employment opportunities, mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement initiatives, HWFN is making a lasting impact on Hawaii’s future.
We are a movement of athletes, mentors, businesses, and community leaders who believe in the power of sport and education to transform lives. Together, we are creating a network for success that benefits both the individual and the collective.
What We Do:
At HWFN, we operate on the belief that a well-rounded, empowered student-athlete is the key to a thriving community. Our multi-faceted approach supports the development of student-athletes through:
- Sustainable Job Opportunities: We provide college student-athletes with paid employment within the program, creating real-world work experience that prepares them for life after college.
- Mentorship & Leadership Development: HWFN pairs student-athletes with mentors who offer guidance and leadership training, preparing them to become role models in their communities and within their teams.
